By accessing and using LAVI RIDE's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
LAVI RIDE provides luxury chauffeur and transportation services. Our services include but are not limited to airport transfers, corporate transportation, special events transportation, and hourly chauffeur services. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
• All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to confirmation by LAVI RIDE.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of your request.
• Special requests are accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept major credit cards, cash, and corporate accounts.
• A 20% gratuity may be added to your bill for exceptional service.
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking fees, and other incidentals.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
• LAVI RIDE reserves the right to cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
LAVI RIDE maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage. However, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Passengers are advised to maintain their own personal insurance coverage. LAVI RIDE is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
• Passengers must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.
• Smoking, illegal drug use, and excessive alcohol consumption are prohibited in all vehicles.
• Damage to vehicles caused by passengers will result in additional charges.
• LAVI RIDE reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
LAVI RIDE is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
LAVI RIDE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, other acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, wars, government requirements, court orders, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
LAVI RIDE reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LAVI RIDE operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
